By creating an account or using Biz Yangu, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Biz Yangu is a business management application designed for informal and small businesses in Kenya, offering features including stock management, sales logging, customer credit tracking, invoicing, and VAT reporting.
To use Biz Yangu, you must register using a valid Kenyan phone number and verify it via OTP. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access, including any Staff PIN you create for employees.
New accounts receive a 30-day free trial. After the trial period, continued use of the service requires payment of KES 499 per month via M-Pesa. Failure to pay will result in restricted access to certain features until payment is made. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
You agree to use Biz Yangu only for lawful business purposes. You may not use the service to store false information, engage in fraudulent transactions, or attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the application.
As a business owner, you are responsible for any actions taken by staff members you grant PIN access to. You may revoke or change staff access at any time through your Profile settings.
All business data you enter into Biz Yangu, including products, sales records, and customer information, remains your property. We act only as a custodian of this data to provide the service to you.
While we strive to keep Biz Yangu available at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The app is designed to work offline, with data syncing when an internet connection is available.
Biz Yangu is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of business data, revenue, or profits, except where such liability cannot be excluded by Kenyan law.
You may stop using Biz Yangu at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Use or engage in fraudulent activity.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
