Yes. You get 30 days completely free, no card required. After your trial ends, it's KES 499 per month, paid easily via M-Pesa.
Q. Does it work without internet?
Yes. Biz Yangu is built offline-first, that is, you can log sales, add stock, and manage credit even with no signal. Everything syncs automatically once you're back online.
Q. Can my employee use the app too?
Yes. As the owner, you set a 4-digit Staff PIN in your Profile. Your employee signs in with that PIN and can log sales, check stock, and manage credit without seeing your profit margins or business reports.
Q. What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Your data is safe and stays exactly as it is. You simply won't be able to log new sales or access certain features until you renew your subscription. Nothing is ever deleted.
Q. Is my business information shared with anyone?
No. Your business data belongs to you and is never shared, sold, or shown to anyone outside your business. Read our

Q. How do I pay for my subscription?
Payment is made directly through M-Pesa inside the app. When your trial ends, you'll see simple instructions to pay KES 499 and confirm your payment code, no bank account or credit card needed.
Q. Can I track customer debts (deni)?
Yes. Biz Yangu has a full Credit Book feature where you record exactly what each customer bought on credit, send them SMS or WhatsApp reminders, and clear their debt once they pay.
Q. Does Biz Yangu help with KRA and VAT?
Yes. The app automatically classifies your products for VAT, generates proper invoices, and gives you a monthly VAT report ready for KRA filing.
